I wanted to share a few photos from a little Easter brunch I put together during quarantine life. It was so fun to round up all of my Easter decor into one shoot to share.

I made a small six inch cake with different colored layers. SO GOOD. Added a few extra treats like these frosted graham crackers and sugar cookies. I really love making smaller cakes. I find them more fun to decorate; plus I don’t feel like I have to eat the entire massive cake afterwards. Ha! Each layer is white cake dyed with food coloring for the different layers (pictured below). The icing is a homemade buttercream that I dyed pink. I used gold pipe cleaners to make the ears.

I love using my china any chance I can get! These pink Anthropologie napkins were gifted to me and suited the theme perfectly. Added in the glitter eggs to compliment the china and Annieglass chargers.

Most of my decorations are from the Target Dollar Spot. Ha! I mean seriously! I encourage you to utilize things like that when throwing any kind of party because you are able to get WAY more and contribute to every single detail. I loved using the bunnies as subtle props throughout the table and the bar cart. The glitter eggs are actually from Five Below, also a great place for inexpensive finds.
Hope everyone has a wonderful and blessed Easter. It is important to remember that while all of the bunnies and springy decor is fun, today is about LIFE. The life me and you now have because of Jesus’ ultimate sacrifice for our sins. Murdered on the cross so that we may live. And for that I am thankful. Today and every single day. Happy Easter!
